AD CONVERTER DPR-DA02
The new DA02 from DPR is a professional 20-Bit digital to analog converter with superior analog output circuitry.
Five standard output reference levels (-10 dBu, 0 dBu, +4 dBu, +6 dBu, +15 dBu) as well as a user defined reference level supply the balanced outputs and therefore help to integrate the DA02 in any existing studio environment.
The DA02 accepts either professional AES-EBU standard input signals or alternatively SPDIF coaxial or optical input signals all of them providing full implementation of the required channel status.
The input wordlength can be selected to be 16-Bit, 18-Bit, 20-Bit up to 24-Bit whereas in each case proper dithering and noise shaping will be selected.
Offering superior sound quality and a large dynamic range the DA02 is the right choice for the professional recording studio, the broadcaster, the professional video studio or the high end consumer user.
Specifications of the DA02 Converter
Analogical part
?2 analogical outputs either in calibrated mode or ajustable with 2 potentiometers as well as 2 commutators allowing to choose the output level (+ 15 dBu, + 6 dBu, + 4 dBu, 0 dBu, - 10 dBu and adjustable from + 15 dBu to - 10 dBu).
?The outputs are symmetrical without transformers.
?The outputs are on cannon connectors.
?The outputs can be selected in stereo mode or in 2-channels mode.
2 analogical asymmetrical outputs +15 dBu at - 10 dBu are RCA connectors.
?Selection of the deemphasis (on/off).
?1 headphone output adjutable with jack connector.Conversion part
?The DA converter is a converter 24, 20, 18 or 16 Bit.Digital part
?1 AES/EBU input (cannon connector).
?2 SPDIF inputs : 1 coaxial and 1 optical.
?All functions (e.g. Deemphasis, S/2-CH, 24/20/18/16) can be selected manually or automatically if they are integred in the drives from the status of the signal AES/EBU or SPDIF.Synchronisation part
?48 / 44.1 / 32 kHz. AES/EBU (cannon connector).
